A message dated July 25, 2005, was received stating the Governor has                                
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                            
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                    
                                                                                                    
      CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 130(efd fld S)                                               
      "An Act relating to the grant of certain state land to the University                         
      of Alaska; relating to the duties of the Board of Regents; and
